SHIPPING & DELIVERY
If you need to update or change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change, but please note that we can only guarantee updates for requests made within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that time, we cannot guarantee that the update will be made.
Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and your package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with resending the package to the correct address. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of resending the package will be invoiced to you.
If you choose to cancel your order or request a refund after your package has been returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will deduct the shipping cost that we paid to send the package from your refund value.

Signature Required At Delivery
All orders over $350 are sent via UPS Ground with Signature Required. Unfortunately, as during shipping and delivery things can get lost/ misplaced, orders which are of higher value at $350+ are automatically sent with a signature confirmation required. UPS Ground attempts 3 times to deliver and get a signature. If they are unable to get a signature and complete the delivery successfully, the package will be taken to the local UPS store or access point. The customer is responsible to retrieve the package in a timely manner.
Packages that are sent back to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, non-deliverability issues due to issues with location of delivery address, or packages not picked up in time from a UPS access point will be refunded minus the shipping charges. The customer would be responsible to place order again.
