RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our fragrances, which is why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

With each full-size fragrance purchase, we include a trial size sample vial to allow you to try the fragrance before opening the full-size bottle. If you’re happy with the sample, you can open and keep the full-size bottle. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with the sample, please email us at markeeting@thenichebrands.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

To ensure that the product has been stored in optimal conditions and is resellable, it’s important to initiate the return within the first 14 days of receipt. We will email you with instructions on how to create a return label, and you will be responsible for shipping the unopened full-size fragrance bottle back to us within 14 days after initiating the return label. Please note that a $12 flat return fee will be deducted from your refund for the shipping and handling of the return.

Once we receive the unopened full-size fragrance bottle in acceptable condition, we will issue you a refund within 5 business days. Please note that the trial size samples are yours to keep, as always.

If your order contained “Free Gifts with a Minimum Purchase Amount” (i.e. Free gift with orders over $300, etc), and after your refund, the total is below the minimum threshold, the free gift products must also be shipped back with the purchased products to receive a full refund/credit. If the free gifts have been used or are not shipped back, the value of those gifts will be deducted from the refund amount up to or equal to the entire refund value available.

Returns sent back after 14 days of initiation will not be accepted for a refund. We reserve the right to honor the return for store credit in the form of a gift card if the product is in acceptable condition.

Please pack the fragrance securely to ensure that it doesn’t move around inside the box, and to prevent any damage to the product itself.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Products bought during flash sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Our flash sales offer the lowest prices that we can offer on our fragrances and therefore are excluded from our refund/exchange policy.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse a return depending on the condition of the product when it is sent back. To be eligible for a refund, all returns must be sealed in original packaging, must be unopened, unused and in resaleable condition. 
 

If the order was eligible for free shipping or if the customer paid for shipping, the shipping cost is always non-refundable. If your package was undelivered, unclaimed, returned and/or refused due to no error on our part, Hamidi USA is not responsible for the shipping fee or for reshipping it. If you, as the customer choose to get a refund instead of reshipping it, the initial shipping fee (if it was eligible for free shipping or paid by the customer) will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Once the order has shipped to the address originally entered by the customer, any fees or charges to change or update the address with the shipping carrier are the customer’s responsibility. 
 

EXCHANGE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our fragrances, which is why we offer a hassle-free exchange policy.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must comply with the following conditions:

  • The exchange must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the product

  • The product must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the return label

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Once the product meets these conditions, it can be exchanged for a product less than, equal to, or more than the original product price. The price will be adjusted accordingly for any price differences.

Please note that there is a $10 exchange processing fee for every exchange order, which will be invoiced upon receipt of the returned product.

Return Shipping Policy

If you choose to send back your product without using our return label, we recommend using a delivery service that is trackable, and that provides you with a tracking number that you can share with us.

Please note that HAMIDI USA (Niche Brands International LLC) is not responsible for any lost packages. If your package is lost during delivery back to us, this is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not eligible for a refund.

If you prefer to use our return label, we provide a UPS Ground label for a flat fee of $12, which will be deducted from your refund.
